207 Van Vorst Street Tops Off, White Eagle Hall Opens Friday

**Fields Construction has topped off the first of two new 15-story buildings at 207 Van Vorst Street in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood. The new building will house 255 rental units alongside 7,237 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The second building — which is expected to wrap up in 2018 — will include 154 rental units in addition to 7,305 square feet of ground-floor retail. —NJ Biz
