**Art House Productions — a non-profit dedicated to the arts scene in Jersey City — has found a new home. The group is moving to 300 Coles, aka Cast Iron Lofts. They’re leasing a 5,500 square-foot space on the ground floor of the building, which will feature a 99-seat black box theater and art gallery. They hope to open by September and plan on producing two main stage plays, a south Asian Arts Festival, and more. —
