Build Your Own Cactus Terrarium at Gringo’s (Monday)
Show off your green thumb at Cactus Cantina — a DIY workshop/plant party where you’ll get to build your own cactus terrarium. Tickets are $25/pp and admission includes all the materials needed to build your terrarium plus a complimentary drink.

Drink a beer, help a doggo (Monday)
Throughout the month of November, Würstbar will donate $1 to See Spot Rescued and the Liberty Humane Society for every hotdog and every can of Ironbound Cider purchased.

Grab a Pilsner and free movie screening at Hudson Hall (Tuesday)
It’s Pilsner Urquell’s 175th anniversary and to celebrate Pilsner’s brewmaster — Robert Lobovsky — will be at Hudson Hall tapping a keg of unfiltered Pilsner Urquell and screening the documentary Brewmaster.

Learn to brew the perfect batch of beer with the Thirsty Quaker (Wednesday)
Learn all there is to know about brewing beer at the Thirsty Quaker’s hands-on beer-making class. Tickets are $90 (for two people) and includes all the necessary equipment you’ll need to brew a gallon of your own beer. You’ll also get samples of home and commercially brewed beer throughout the class.

Juice Basin’s Official Grand Opening (Wednesday)
Clean eats, made to order smoothies, and organic juices are all on the menu at Juice Basin, the Asbury Park-based juice shop that recently opened at 336 Second Street. Juice Basin will celebrate its ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 11:30am.

Mix the perfect cocktail at Liberty House Restaurant (Wednesday)
Shake up your own drinks at Liberty House restaurant’s November Cocktail class. Tickets are $45 pp and all materials for making your drinks are provided. Plus, you get a selection of appetizers to nosh on while you mix up your perfect cocktail.

Beatles tribute at Zeppelin Hall Biergarten (Friday)
Beatles tribute band Penny Lane will play at Zeppelin Hall tonight from 9:30pm. Plus, the Belgium Beer & Food Fest kicks off tonight (through November 26) with 40 different Belgian beers and a special Belgian food menu (in addition to Zeppelin’s regular menu).
