Dullboy’s Head Mixologist Moves to Lo-Fi

The head of Dullboy’s cocktail program, Gabriel Rieben, has parted ways with the downtown speakeasy.

Over the past few years, Rieben β€” along with the entire Dullboy staff β€” have raised the stakes for what a Jersey City cocktail bar should look and feel like. The team have won accolades from both local and national press and were responsible for giving Dullboy the honor of being named one of the country’s best cocktail bars by Esquire.

Fresh, seasonal, and inventive cocktails were Rieben’s trademark at Dullboy, but fans shouldn’t worry too much.

Dullboy’s current team will remain intact and Rieben has announced that he’ll be working his magic at recently-opened Lo-Fi in the Heights while he works on opening his own place.
