The Erie Street Flats has managed to keep a low profile for quite some time. The new 5-story complex is the work of the Justinian Development Group, which also has current projects in JSQ and across the Hudson in Manhattan. Erie Streets Flats will feature 12 luxury 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR condos including 3 duplexes (two of which will have rooftop decks). The project is expected to wrap up this year.
It’s located at 68 Erie Street on the corner of Erie and Fourth Street, a nice quiet section of the Village. (Future residents will have great access to Prato’s Bakery). At the moment there are no prices or floorplans available, although the site just launched its official webpage.
