**A 10-story office building in the Journal Square neighborhood (located on Academy Street and Bergen Avenue) just sold for $5.6 million. According to NJ.com, the 45,000-sq. ft. building will be turned into “high quality” housing units. —NJ.com

**New Jersey has the largest share of home foreclosures, according to a study by California-based firm, Core Logic. The report indicates 4.9% of mortgaged homes in New Jersey were in the foreclosure process this past May, which is nearly quadruple the national rate of 1.3%. —NJ.com

**A new residential building may be coming to the City Hall parking lot on Montgomery Street. City officials are contemplating handing the lot over to a developer and then using that money to pay for City Hall renovations. —NJ.com
