In the News: Hamilton Park Halloween Parade, Cheesecake Factory Coming to Jersey City

**Jersey City will soon get a slice of suburbia. The Cheesecake Factory has announced its plans to open a location in Jersey City this fall. Scheduled to open on December 8th, the new restaurant will be located on the east side of Newport Centre Mall (by the Light Rail stop). —Cheesecake Factory via JCList

**The Hamilton Park Halloween Parade will take place Wednesday, October 28th Friday, October 30th with festivities starting at 4pm. The child- and pet-friendly costume parade will start at 6pm and run through 7pm. DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER ON WEDNESDAY, THE PARADE HAS BEEN MOVED TO FRIDAY @4PM. Thx, Jaya! —HPNA

**The Jersey City Office of Innovation is organizing Cash Mobs to support local businesses. The first event will take place Wednesday, October 28th from 12pm till 2pm at Seven Sheep Coffee, a newly-opened coffee shop with a Brazilian twist. **Aries, the 7-month old German Shepherd pup who was stolen from her front yard last Monday, has been reunited with her owners. Detectives Brian Glasser and Jose Santana helped find and reunite Aries with her family. The criminals were also apprehended and face multiple charges. —NJ.com
