In the News: More Hotels for Jersey City, NJ Astronaut Gives JC a Shout Out

Construction will begin next month and last two years. The second hotel, estimated at $6.1 million, will be located on Tonnele Avenue and Secaucus Road. Both will receive 20-year tax abatements and join a new Hyatt under construction at One Exchange Place (which will join the Hyatt Regency located on the waterfront) and the Marriott going up above the Path Grove entrance on Marin. —
