In the News: New Luxury Tower Coming to 321 Warren, Best Food Venues at Newark Airport

**Brace yourselves. Yet another luxury rental is coming to downtown Jersey City. However, unlike recent behemoths like the 50-story 70 Columbus, 321 Warren will be a relatively short, 18-story boutique tower with 180 residential units, 2,400 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, and a 14,000 sq. ft. black box theater/performance space. It’ll be located at the intersection of Warren and Steuben streets. It’s being developed by Parkwood Development LLC and was designed by architect Minervini Vandermark. —Jersey Digs

**The Village Voice takes a look at Greene Hook, Chef David Drake’s recently-opened restaurant located in downtown Jersey City. Drake, who perfected his technique under star chefs David Burke (of River Cafe fame) and Craig Shelton (Ryland Inn), describes his latest venture as “unconventional fine dining.” It’s Drake’s second establishment in Jersey City, including Light Horse Tavern. —Village Voice
