Five years after launching the Madox at 198 Van Vorst Street, Fields Development Group is back in Paulus Hook debuting the Lenox, a new 15-story rental created for Jersey City renters in search of larger living spaces.
Located at 207 Van Vorst Street, the 255-unit Lenox features studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. The mid-rise building is one of the few downtown rentals that offers large two-bedroom units with dens and three-bedroom units that reach up to 1,529 square feet.
As far as amenities are concerned, the Lenox features all of the perks you’ve come to expect from a modern building such as a 24/7 doorman, fitness center, rooftop pool, a dog run, and game room. Among the Lenox’s unique perks you’ll find transit screens in the lobby, Amazon hub lockers for package deliveries, electric car charging stations, and an automated parking garage. The building also features 7,200-square-feet of ground floor retail space.
Studios at the Lenox start from $2,290 and 1BRs are asking $2,720.
The Lenox’s second tower, which will rise 16 stories, is expected to bring an additional 153 new apartments to the neighborhood.
