Lutze Biergarten Grand Opening Moved to Thursday, May 4

You won’t have to wait till Cinco de Mayo to check out the new Lutze Biergarten. Due to the potential downpours expected on Friday, management at the Lutze has moved their opening party to Thursday, May 4th.

The party will kick off at 5pm and it’ll still include over 100 food vendors, games, fireworks, and those Instagram-worthy views of downtown New York.

As for drinks — the Lutze will have a full bar along with 16-oz. $9 draft beers (Radeberger, Weihenstephaner, Leinenkugel Summer Shandy, more), $7 can beers (Lutze Amber Ale, Sixpoint Crisp, more), $9 wine/rosé, and $9 sangria.  They’ll also offer frozen margaritas at $11. You can check out the full menu here (PDF). Drink prices are actually very reasonable considering the location and the view.

Food vendors at the party will include Epic Rolls Sushi (pictured below), Eemas Cuisine, Departed Soles (beer), The Guac Spot, Dark Side of the Moo, Angry Archie’s, and Bacon Me Crazy, among many others.

The Lutze is located at 15 Second Street (right next to Ground Connection).
