**Citi Bike Jersey City needs your help. The bike-share system, which launched in Jersey City this past fall, is looking to expand to 15 new locations within Jersey City. **The Jersey City Free Public Library is teaming up with hoopla digital to give library card holders access to digital music, books, movies, and TV shows. Among the available digital titles are The Walking Dead comics, The Best of Bowie (music), and The Assassin (movie). Last month the library announced a partnership with Zinio giving users access to dozens of mainstream magazines like National Geographic, Men’s Fitness, and Cosmopolitan. —NJ.com
