**Daniel Boulud has opened his 1,500-square-foot Epicerie Boulud inside the WTC Oculus hub. The sit-down and take-out market will offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, and French grocery items including sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, quiches, and croissants. **Despite Tuesday’s seemingly long lines, voter turnout in Hudson County was actually lower this year than in 2012. In 2012, there were 199,061 ballots cast, whereas this week there were 197,975 ballots cast in Hudson County.  —NJ.com
