**A user on JCList has snapped some photos of a new Chipotle Mexican Grill opening in Newport at 525 Washington Boulevard (just steps away from the Pavonia Path station). The restaurant is slated to open its doors this summer. —JCList

**Hoboken’s Bwe Kafe (short for “drink coffee” in Haitian Creole) celebrated the grand opening of its first Jersey City storefront last week at 140 River Drive South in Newport. The shop specializes in Haitian coffee and each cup of coffee sold at Bwe Kafe goes toward helping Haiti with education and access to clean drinking water. —NJ.com

**Third & Vine was recently named New Jersey’s best wine bar by BuzzFeed. The poll was conducted with Yelp, which used an algorithm that looked at the number of reviews plus the star rating for every New Jersey wine bar reviewed on Yelp. —BuzzFeed

**City officials have launched a new website — Serve Jersey City — that connects Jersey City residents with local volunteer/non-profit groups. **Curbed recently featured Jersey City in its Curbed Comparisons column, which looks at what renters across various cities in the U.S. can rent for a set amount of money. In its latest comparison, the rent cap was set at $1,900/month and the Curbed team was able to find a duplex unit in Jersey City complete with jacuzzi. —Curbed
