**The fourth Choc-O-Pain bakery/cafe is scheduled to open in January of 2017, according to owner, Clémence Danko. Located at 330-332 Palisade Avenue, the new space (exterior pictured above) will house Choc-O-Pain’s production facility, offices, and a small retail cafe/shop. Currently, Choc-O-Pain has locations in downtown, the Heights, and Hoboken.

**Developers are getting ready to release a new marketing video showcasing the new 53-story residential tower Journal Squared and its bustling and quick-changing neighborhood. Leasing at the 538-unit tower will begin next year. —Real Estate NJ
