**As part of its Yelp Gets Schooled series of events, Yelp is offering two complimentary 1-hour workout classes at JC Barre Studio. The first class — which is the studio’s signature cardio barre class — combines pilates, ballet, and yoga into a 1-hour sweat session that kicks off at 6.15pm. The second class — which mixes dance and plyometric (jump) training — begins at 7.15pm. Both classes will be held on Thursday, April 7th. Space is very limited and a Yelp account is required to RSVP. (Priority is given to active accounts with a real profile photo). You can also check out Yelp’s other free events in Jersey City — including a gelato-making class at Bucket & Bay — via this link. —Yelp/JC Barre

**Construction has started on Hudson Exchange, a massive 12-tower complex that will be located at the Metro Plaza Shopping Center, current home to ShopRite and BJ’s. The first tower will stand 35 stories high and include 421 units, 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 264 parking spaces. The tower is being built where the former Pep Boys Auto Center once stood. It’s expected to include 85 affordable-housing units with rents ranging from $954 to $1,194. (Market-rate rents will range from $2,325 for one-bedroom apartments to $3,500 for two-bedroom units). The first tower is expected to open in late 2017. The entire 12-tower project is expected to wrap up in 20 years. —NJ.com

**Bloomberg has the scoop on the new Trump Bay Street Tower, a 50-story luxury rental apartment building being built by Kushner Companies — whose CEO Jared Kushner is married to Trump’s daughter Ivanka. The building will have an outdoor pool and indoor golf simulator among its long list of amenities. It will be located next to Trump Plaza Residence. The project has raised $50 million, or a quarter of its funding, from loans obtained through a visa program known as EB-5. Under this program, foreigners who invest at least $500,000 in a project promising to create U.S. jobs are given a two-year visa with a chance of obtaining permanent residency. The tower is expected to be finished this summer. —Bloomberg

**We’ve all used Seamless, but according to a new report by Tribeca Citizen the delivery app may be doing more harm than good to your favorite restaurants. According to the site, the delivery app can take as much as a 20% commission per order. Per The Consumerist, the company also recently updated its terms of service, making it difficult for customers to sue the company over any wrong doing. As a frequent Seamless and Delivery.com user, I’ve had a few Jersey City restaurants ask me to bypass these services and order via phone. —Tribeca Citizen
