Neighborhood News: New Mural at Former Union Republic, Frankie Bar & Eatery Debuting in Spring 2017

**Exterior work has begun at the former Union Republic restaurant at 340 Third Street. The previous “Live in the Moment” mural by Emily Caisip is in the process of being replaced with a new one which you can see in the photo above.

Underwest Donuts — known for their unique donut flavors — recently opened a new location at 2 Penn Plaza at 7th Avenue and 32nd Street.
