Neighborhood News: New Residential Building Planned Near Harsimus Cemetery, Revaluation Inspections Delayed

**A new residential building has been proposed for 461-469 Newark Avenue, which for years has been a vacant space located next to the Harsimus Cemetery. The 6-story building will include 25 residential units and ground parking. It will be located fairly close to the recently finished Mill Rocks building and across the street from Dickinson High School. Construction is expected to wrap up in March of 2018. —Jersey Digs
