**Pet Shop has announced that it will soon open its basement wine bar. The wine bar will serve natural wines produced by small independent farmers and curated by Cesare Vespucci and Laura Marchetti of the Maritime Republic. **The Jersey City waterfront will soon undergo some big changes. In addition to the banking and financial service firms currently headquartered along the waterfront, property owners are looking to court new sectors such as technology, advertising, and media. Mack-Cali, for example, is looking to create a special improvement district along the waterfront, which could bring new amenities for locals like public dining spaces and Wi-Fi along the length of the waterfront. —Real Estate NJ

**The two NJ Transit bus drivers involved in last month’s Lincoln Tunnel crash that injured 44 people have been suspended. One driver was ticketed for an unsafe lane change, which reportedly caused the accident. —4 New York
**Four commuters injured in last month’s deadly NJ Transit train crash in Hoboken have announced that they will file a law suit against the agency. To date, no official explanation has been given for the cause of the crash. —NJ.com
