Neighborhood News: Soft Opening at The Draper, Eataly Coming to 4 WTC This Summer

**According to social media, The Draper — Park & Sixth’s new cocktail lounge located at Washington and York — is open for business this week. In addition to premium cocktails, the food menu will include tasty bites like lobster cobb salad, zucchini fries, and popcorn scallops. —Instagram

**The New York Post reports that Eataly is scheduled to open its 42,000-square-foot space inside 4 World Trade Center by late summer. It had originally been slated to open this spring. Other food spots coming to 4 WTC include Choza Taqueria. —Tribeca Citizen via New York Post

**The state Assembly’s judiciary committee voted 6-2 in favor of putting a question on November’s ballot asking New Jersey voters to approve expanding casino gambling to the northern part of the state. Although the locations of the new casinos haven’t been specified, it’s very likely that there will be one in the Meadowlands and another here in downtown Jersey City. —NJ.com

**WHealth has announced a pop-up dinner for Saturday, February 13th. The tapas-inspired dinner will be held at 109 Christopher Columbus drive from 7.30pm till 11pm. The event is BYOB and tickets are $49 per person. Entrees include mushroom dumpling soup, bone marrow toast, curry sausage, and cashew mortadella.
