Neighborhood News: Starbucks Coming to JSQ, Whealth Sunday Brunches at Transmission

**Journal Square’s makeover is now official. The Port Authority has announced that it is finalizing a lease to bring Starbucks to JSQ, next to PJ Ryan’s Squared. The coffee house would occupy a spacious 2,079 square feet. By comparison, the average Starbucks in New York is 1,600 square feet. —NJ.com

**Starting Sunday, July 10, Whealth will offer brunch every Sunday at Transmission (150 Bay). Brunch will include live music and the entire Whealth brunch menu, which includes croissant bread pudding, frittatas, artisan cheese, Mexican street corn salad, and more. (Cocktails/drinks will be additional). There will be two seatings every Sunday: 12pm and 2pm. Whealth will also roll out a local lunch delivery service in August serving healthy and tasty eats to Jersey City and Hoboken before their new space at Journal Squared opens officially in late 2016. —Whealth
