**Clothing and accessory brand Tory Burch has received a 10-year, $10.7 million award to relocate from its current HQ in New York City to a 92,750-square-foot facility on Washington Boulevard in Jersey City. If accepted, the move would bring 102 relocated full-time jobs to Jersey City and create another 37 positions. —NJBiz

**A new festival is expected to make its Jersey City debut next year. Have a Night reports that the Bacon & Beer Classic has announced plans to host an event in Jersey City sometime in 2017. Like its name suggests, the festival lets you try dozens of craft beers while indulging in unlimited bacon strips. —Have a Night

**City officials have confirmed that St. Lucy’s Homeless Shelter on Grove Street near the Holland Tunnel entrance will be forced to relocate due to real estate construction in the area. There’s no word yet on St. Lucy’s new location. —Hudson Reporter
