The Carnival of Venice is one of Italy’s oldest festivals. Although it’s renown for its elaborate costumes and masks, the festival is also world famous for its food and wine.
Now a part of that festival is coming straight to Jersey City. Pasta Dal Cuore and CoolVines are teaming up for a 5-course Venetian feast to celebrate the Carnival of Venice. The private feast will take place at Pasta Dal Cuore (527 Jersey Avenue) and feature wine pairings from the region along with live music and carnival masks for anyone who wishes to dress up. The menu is still under wraps, but will be revealed soon.
Tickets are $95/pp and the price includes a bottle of wine hand-picked from CoolVines. Dinner is next Tuesday, February 28, from 7pm to 9pm. You can reserve a spot via Pasta Dal Cuore’s website or by RSVPing to events “at” coolvines.com.
