**60 Minutes recently interviewed Danish starchitect Bjarke Ingels. Ingels, who recently designed New York’s Via 57 West (also known as the tetrahedron) has also been tapped to design 2 World Trade Center. —60 Minutes

**In addition to 2 WTC, Bjarke Ingels has also unveiled his radical vision for 1 and 2 Penn Plaza. Vornado Realty Trust, which owns the buildings, wants to combine both sites into a 4.2 million-square-foot megaproject. According to New York YIMBY, the project’s exterior would feature an all-glass facade that would extend over 7th Avenue, with undulating waves that would resemble the keys of a piano. —NY Yimby

**The Beacon complex is finally nearing completion, reports Jersey Digs. The Hague is the complex’s final building and is expected to house 240 rental units. The Hague — which was originally the Margaret Hague Maternity Hospital — is one of Jersey City’s most treasured landmarks. It joined the Jersey City Medical Complex on October 12, 1931. It closed in 1979 and was most recently turned into a luxury rental unit. An official opening is scheduled for April 16th. —Jersey Digs
