**The New York Times shines its spotlight on the Powerhouse Arts District’s latest luxury rental, Modera Lofts. The 111-year old warehouse — located at 350 Warren Street — will feature 366 residential lofts with rents starting at $2,070 for a 446-square-foot studio. According to the Times, the new complex, which has been extensively restored to the tune of $150 million, will keep some remnants of its grittier past. —NYT

**The first tower at 33 Park Avenue has reached 34 stories, reports New York Yimby. Upon completion, the 44-story tower will include 448-units with retail space along its four-story base. The second tower, which will share the same four-story base, will also rise 44 stories and is expected to house 452 residential units. The towers are being designed by Perkins Eastman and completion of the first tower is expected in 2017. —New York Yimby

**Kushner Companies and KABR Group have purchased 124-134 Bay Street in the Powerhouse Arts District. The idea is to turn the building into “individualized work environments designed for technology, advertising, media and information technology (TAMI) tenants.” —Jersey Digs
