Rentals at one of the waterfront’s newest and most iconic buildings have officially hit the market.
Located at 200 Greene Street, the luxury units at Jersey City Urby will start at $2,000 for a studio, $2,300 for a 1-bedroom unit, and $3,400 for a 2-bedroom unit.
Jersey City Urby is also raising the luxury rental bar with the addition of a few unique perks for its residents. These amenities include a fully equipped gym with regular classes by certified trainers from Jersey City’s Base gym, a creative lab designed to let residents participate in hands-on workshops (interior design, flower arranging, homemade apothecary, etc.), and a communal kitchen that will host pop-up dinners, tastings, and demos by local chefs.
The building’s first floor will also house 9 Bar Cafe’s newest coffee shop.
Occupancy at Jersey City Urby will begin in early April.
