Saturday/Sunday, June 24 & 25: June wouldn’t be the same without Project: Eats — the food fest that marks the official start of summer in downtown Jersey City. Located outside City Hall, the outdoor street fair includes all of your favorite food vendors like Just Beclaws, Pig & Prince, Talde JC, Waffle It & Co., The Big Straw, Eemas Cuisine, Bucket & Bay, and tons more. Fair organizers are promising a new concept this year, so we recommend you follow them on the Insta for details.
