Now can someone explain why train service, bus service, taxis/users and civilian traffic was suspended but 100+ were dumped on the street during blizzard with no service vehicle or shuttle? Where are emergency transit vehicles? Elderly people and families walking in a blizzard, no places open for shelter… Co-ordinate to disburse, accommodate and get everyone to areas for pickup to get them home when bus, train or traffic can start.
