Details: 50-story rental with 545 units consisting of studios, 1BR, 2BR, and PH units units w/ onsite parking. Additional phases at the site will include a 152-room Marriott Residence Inn and 90 Columbus, a sister tower approved for 539 rental units.
Residences: Studios (from $2,410), 1BRs (from $2,870), 2BRs (from $3,950)
Amenities: A 60,000 square-foot landscaped roof deck with pool, grilling stations, and dog run. Bike room, locker storage, free membership at Base Gym, complimentary WiFi, onsite parking. Unit amenities include oak wood floors, GE stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, porcelain tile floors, oversized windows, and Kohler fixtures.
