**Downtown Jersey City’s arts and culinary renaissance is no surprise to many of us that call Jersey City home, but to those across the Hudson and beyond, Jersey City’s thriving nightlife comes as a surprise. The New York Times’ Travel section recently rounded up five of its favorite Grove Street-area restaurants and shops including Dullboy, Skinner’s Loft, Talde, Taqueria, and Word. It’s a great acknowledgement coming from the Gray Lady herself — especially since this is a Travel feature and a not a local Metro story. Perhaps for a follow up they can add Razza and The Kitchen at Grove. —NYT

**Not to be outdone, ModCup’s delicious cold brew is featured in the current Fall Issue of Edible New Jersey. —Edible NJ
