Get ready for a weekend packed with activities. From the debut of Journal Square’s Magnolia Landing Summer Series to the grand opening of Lutze Eats at the Lutze Biergarten, there’s something for everyone in this weekend’s lineup of events. What: Zeppelin Hall 8-Year Anniversary
When: Friday, July 21 at 9pm
Where: Zeppelin Hall at 88 Liberty View Drive
Celebrate 8 years of beers and eats at Zeppelin Hall’s 8-year anniversary party. The 3-day party will include a pig roast, live music (DJs after 10pm), and a special menu by executive chef Franco Robazetti. Plus, Zeppelin will roll back classic German beers and cocktails to their 2008 prices.

Journal Square is about to get its very own outdoor market. The Magnolia Landing Summer Series is a new pop-up market located in the recently renovated plaza behind the Journal Square PATH station. The outdoor market — which will be held every other Sunday through September 9 — will include 20+ artisan, vintage, and food vendors, live music from local bands, and a special “Neighborhood Row” section, which will spotlight local small businesses. Confirmed vendors include Whealth (healthy eats/drinks), Raw Roots Cafe (healthy vegan food), O’Lala Empanadas (Latin fusion), British Swim School (swim classes kids/adults), Seed to Stitch (ethical/sustainable accessories handmade in India), Melba’s Totes (handbags for tweens), and more.

What: Lutze Eats Grand Opening
When: Saturday, July 22 at 12pm to 7pm
Where: Lutze Biergarten at 3 Second Street (Harborside)
Foodies, listen up. Saturday at noon the Lutze Biergarten will debut Lutze Eats — a smorgasbord of international food vendors cooking up everything from Filipino street food to Belgian-style waffle sandwiches. The food stalls will be located adjacent to the biergarten and include Kimchi Taco, SigSig City, Raw Mkt, MozzArepas, Waffle It, and many more.

What: 22nd Annual West-Indian Caribbean Carnival Parade
When: Saturday, July 22 from 12pm
Where: Lincoln Park / Exchange Place / Brightside Tavern
Get ready for a full day of Carnival! The West-Indian Caribbean Carnival will kick off today at 12pm at Lincoln Park and march down to Exchange Place, where you’ll find music, food, and more. At 9pm there will be an after-party at the Brightside Tavern. (Note: The festival’s website lists the Newark Pedestrian Plaza as the party hub, but their Instagram says Exchange Place. It’s always been held at Exchange and their IG was updated recently with Exchange Place as the hub).

What: Frank Iero and The Patience
When: Saturday, July 22 at 7pm (show starts at 8pm)
Where: White Eagle Hall at 337 Newark Avenue
Frank Iero gained fame as a member of My Chemical Romance, but now he’s formed his own punk project — Frank Iero and the Patience. This will be their only New York area show. Tickets start at $20.

What: Bucket & Bay 2-Year Anniversary Party
When: Sunday, July 23 from 4pm to 8:30pm
Where: 150 Bay Street
Bucket & Bay is celebrating its 2-year anniversary with a neighborhood street party. The festivities begin at 4pm and include live music by Kiwi and the New Orleans Jazz Trio, activities for kids, and plenty of gelato — including the debut of two new flavors: Sea Salt Caramel Corn and Roasted Peanut.
