Dullboy has recently updated its cocktail menu with 10 new spring cocktails ranging from the mezcal-based Biddy to the cachaça-based Isabel. While each cocktail is certainly worth trying on its own, The Yoko is one of the best cocktails you can order right now in the entire downtown area. It’s made with singani — a native Bolivian spirit made in the Andes from grape remains after they’re pressed. The cocktail also includes grapefruit (the perfect warm-weather mixer), Aperol (an Italian aperitif), lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses. The grapefruit juice shines giving the Yoko a refreshing, citrus kick. But it’s the singani, with its floral, fruity, and gentle spice that makes The Yoko an instant spring-time classic.
