**The Liberty Humane Society’s second annual Hamilton Bark Festival will take place Saturday, June 20th at Hamilton Park from 12pm to 7pm. The fundraiser will include live music, food, drinks by Lucky 7’s and Brooklyn Brewery, children’s activities, pet adoptions, and this year a new attraction — Canine Field Day — will include plenty of on-leash games and contests for dogs and their guardians. —LHS

**Also celebrating its second annual event is JCFamilies’ Cultural Diversity Festival taking place Saturday, June 20th from 11am to 2pm at City Hall Plaza. **Dance your way into the summer solstice Saturday, June 20th at Van Vorst Park’s Summer Salsa Night. The free event, which takes place at the gazebo at Van Vorst Park, runs from 7pm till 10.30pm and will include music, a salsa clinic for the uninitiated, and plenty of salsa dancing. Not big on the dancing? The ME Casa food truck will be on hand selling Puerto Rican food. (I personally love their veggie mofongo). —VVPA via Facebook

**Saturday night is couples night at the newly-opened Cork & Canvas, a BYOB studio where an art instructor teaches a small adult class to paint a specific painting within a 2- to 3-hour time frame, all while sipping on wine or beer. The class runs from 7pm till 9pm and costs $40/per seat. —Cork & Canvas
