The Project Eats Street Festival is one of downtown’s biggest food events. Back for its third summer, the 2-day food extravaganza kicks off this Saturday and will fill City Hall plaza with drinks, food, appetizers, and all types of tempting desserts.

Per The Hudson Reporter, the fair has expanded to include more than 40 vendors this year. Likewise, organizers expect to break last year’s record of 20,000 attendees. To avoid July’s sweltering heat, the event has also been bumped up to June.

So what will be new at this year’s Project Eats? In addition to many of last year’s favorites, here’s a rundown of this year’s first-time/new vendors you should keep an eye out for.
