Jersey City’s burger scene is about to change dramatically.
Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar has confirmed that they’ll open their first Jersey City restaurant on Tuesday, August 1. Located at Newport Centre Mall, the restaurant will be situated opposite the Cheesecake Factory on the mall’s first floor.
Zinburger specializes in made-to-order gourmet burgers, salads, shakes, and wine.
Burger options include the Zinburger (topped with manchego, braised onions, and lettuce/mayo); the Breakfast Burger (topped with a fried egg, Applewood smoked bacon, avocado, cheese, and lettuce/mayo); and the Kobe Burger (topped with cheddar, mushrooms, and lettuce/mayo).
There will also be a healthy number of non-meat options such as a veggie burger, a seared ahi sandwich, and a variety of salad bowls.
To wash everything down, the restaurant plans to offer a diverse selection of wines with prices ranging from $5 to $12 for a glass or $21 to $49 for a bottle.
For dessert, Zinburger features a variety of old-fashioned classics including shakes, malts, and pies.
