Amazon opening cashierless store near WTC PATH
Amazon is rumored to be opening New York’s first Amazon Go store inside Brookfield Place., reports Tribeca Citizen. The store will use a combination of sensors, cameras, and computer vision to charge customers for items upon exiting the store without the need for a cashier. The store will be located next to the security desk by American Express’ office tower and next to an Oliver Peoples store (photo below), according to Recode.

Harrison PATH station opens next week
Five years and $256 million later, the Port Authority will officially debut the new PATH Harrison station to commuters next week, according to NJ.com. The glass-enclosed station features elevators, wider stairs, and an extended platform that can accommodate 10-car PATH trains.
