One of Jersey City’s most popular food trucks just opened a seafood shack in the Heights. Angry Archie’s is now open at 565 Palisade Avenue. The new eatery is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 12pm to 8pm.

Established in 2015, Angry Archie’s is a family-operated business run by chef Chris Curado, his cousin Michael Ponte, and Curado’s mother Carmela Sebastiano. The food truck specializes in seafood dishes with menu offerings like crab cakes, lobster rolls, crab poutine, and more.

A staple at food festivals in Jersey City and throughout New Jersey, Angry Archie’s won Best Food at the Food Truck Mash up at the Meadowlands in 2016. The following year, Curado and his team took home the Best Food Truck at the East Hanover Food Truck Festival. The food truck has also made appearances in New York festivals such as the 9th Avenue Food Festival.
