Jersey City is getting a new Chipotle. The fast casual Mexican chain is opening its newest eatery in the former B.Good space at 30 Montgomery. (B.Good permanently closed during the pandemic). According to a sign at the new outpost, Chipotle’s newest Jersey City location will open on September 1 at 10:45am.
Currently, there are two Chipotle locations in Jersey City. There’s one in Journal Square at 26 Journal Square Plaza and one in Newport at 525 Washington Boulevard. The fast-casual chain is known for its custom burrito bowls, quesadillas, and tacos.
Chipotle recently made headlines for raising menu prices 3.5% to 4% to help offset an increase in employee wages, reports USA Today.
