Clo Coffee opens near Journal Square
A new coffee shop has opened along the outskirts of Journal Square. Edison’s Clo Coffee Co. is now open at 97 Newkirk Street. (The cafe opened at the start of the year). Their menu includes a wide range of hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, protein shakes, and affogatos. Pastries run the gamut from chocolate croissants to vegan donuts. There’s even a special Filipino-inspired sandwich menu with sandwiches served in fluffy pan de sal. You can follow Clo Coffee Co on Instagram for updates on the cafe.
Water main break in downtown Jersey City
A huge water main break on Grove between Bay and Morgan left numerous downtown residents without water since 5pm Thursday. Suez NJ reports that the problem has been identified and they estimate water service will be restored by 1am Wednesday.

Yaso Tangbao now offering breakfast
Yaso Tangbao Jersey City is now offering daily breakfast from 8am till 11am. Breakfast items include a salted egg custard bao, fried dough, and house made soy milk (to name a few items). Breakfast can be enjoyed at the eatery, ordered to go, or delivered via 3rd party platforms.
Milk & Cream Bar teams up with New York’s Kossar’s Bagels
Milk and Cream Bar, New York’s Kossar’s Bagels, and influencer ToooMuchFoood have teamed up for a limited edition Chocolate Hazelnut Babka ice cream flavor. The ice cream is a delicious blend of vanilla ice cream, chocolate babka (from Kossar’s), and Rice Krispies cereal topped with a house-made chocolate drizzle and toasted hazelnuts. It’s available through April 9.
