Behind the Waves to Open Sushi Bar at 390 Central Avenue

Sushi food truck Behind the Waves is getting ready to open its first restaurant at 390 Central Avenue. (Just a few doors down from Gino’s Pizza and Dulce de Leche Bakery). The new space will allow the owners to offer a bigger sushi menu. The truck is still located at 108 Central Avenue, but it’s unclear if it will remain after the new sushi bar opens.

It offers a mix of Asian cuisines (Japanese, Thai, Chinese) and dim sum.
