Jersey City is home to numerous types of bars. However, a new bar at 150 Bay does something no other bar does — it focuses 100% on New Jersey-based breweries, distilleries, and vineyards.
Homegrown is a new bar inside the Headroom venue that only serves New Jersey-based drinks. They currently carry Corgi Spirits, Alba Vineyard, Hoboken Brewing Company, Ironbound Hard Cider, and Silk City Distillers.

The bar is operated by Jersey City resident Kennedy Grey. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Homegrown is only offering outdoor patio drinking. However, the bar has already held comedy nights, live music, and a whiskey tasting with New Jersey’s All Points West. Their next event — scheduled for Saturday, August 15 — will be a tap takeover by local brewery 902 Brewing.
Homegrown is open Thursdays through Sundays.
