Leasing has kicked off at BeLa, a 99-unit luxury rental located in Jersey City’s Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood. Located at 74 Maple Street, the new construction is offering up to three free months in incentives for tenants who sign leases this month.
Rents at BeLa start at $1,996 for one bedrooms and $2,560 for two bedrooms. Homes feature keyless entry systems, walk-in showers, in-home GE washers/dryers, and spacious kitchen islands. Many of the apartments also feature flexible layouts with room for a den or home office.
In terms of amenities, BeLa includes an attended lobby, resident lounge and club room, fitness center with yoga studio, and a rooftop terrace. The terrace features a lounge, BBQ grilling stations, and Manhattan skyline views. Other building perks include bike storage, package concierge, onsite indoor parking, and a street-level cafe.
