A new luxury rental just opened along the Newport waterfront. The Beach is a two-tower complex situated a few steps from Newport Green. The towers stand 12 and 25 stories high with rents starting at $2,450 for a studio.
The buildings were designed by HLW Architects, which also worked with Arquitectonica to design the neighboring Ellipse. The Beach’s unique look features undulating terraces that were designed to mimic the rippling water that surrounds the towers. The two towers bring 336 new homes to the area ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby with concierge and package lockers, coworking lounge with private breakout rooms, fitness center and studio, landscaped dog run, children’s playroom, library, game room, and a rooftop lounge with a wet bar and pantry.
The Beach also offers several outdoor spaces like a waterfront courtyard with grilling stations/fire pits, outdoor pool/sun deck, and a sixth-floor roof deck.
Leasing is now live with up to two months free rent as an incentive.
