Roflcopter Toys & Gifts is permanently closing in February.
The independent toy shop, which opened back in August of 2016, has announced it will close on Friday, February 28. Located at 298 Newark Avenue — just a block away from the forthcoming Clove Garden — the store described itself as a “an eclectic selection of things that will make you LOL.” They’re currently having a closing sale with 20% to 50% off all items.
A note on the window announcing their closure reads:
“We have tried to make a great destination for Specialty toys and gifts and and [sic] an exceptional shopping experience. Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, children, parents, grandparents and friends! You may see us again at a future pop-up store, but after Feb. 28th, 2020, we’re off to new adventures…Love Carolyn and Ariel.”
