New restaurants keep sprouting up in Jersey City. The latest eatery to open is Roll and Roll. The tiny restaurant specializes in gimbop, which are Korean-style sushi rolls. Roll and Roll is located at 512 Jersey Avenue, across the street from forthcoming Efes Grill.
The handmade gimbop at Roll and Roll varies from a Bulgogi roll to a spicy tuna roll. There are also various meat-less options including a jalapeño roll and a veggie roll. All rolls are priced at $10. Appetizer options include a seaweed salad and shrimp shumai/dumplings.
