If you’ve ever wanted to live in a converted factory — here’s your chance.

Developer Manhattan Building Co. (Cast Iron Lofts, SoHo Lofts) has transformed a 1900s boiler factory into a collection of 60 loft-style condos called the Cliffs Collection.

Located at 100 Patterson Plank Road (between Jersey City and Hoboken), the six-story building features studio to four-bedroom condos ranging in size from 570 to 2,200 square feet. Units include 10-to-14-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, and oversized windows that overlook New York.

Noteworthy amenities at the building include a fitness center, Himalayan salt sauna, 24-hour concierge, dog run, and on-site parking. Outdoor perks run the gamut from a roof deck lounge to an outdoor kitchen area with grills and fire pits.

Unique to the Cliffs Collection is its attention to “Blue Zone” living. “Blue zones” are areas around the world where people live exceptionally long lives. Residents at the Cliffs Collection can enjoy “Blue Zone perks.” This includes an on-site wellness center where residents can book body treatments, take yoga/meditation classes, or attend wellness events.

Prices at the Cliffs Collection start from the $500,000s.
