Peruvian food is often described as a diverse mix of various cuisines. Recipes brought by immigrants from other countries (Europe and Asia) are mixed with local cuisines using ingredients available in Peru. Sabor a Peru is showcasing some of that diversity on its menu with dishes like lomo saltado (a Peruvian-Chinese stir fry with strips of sirloin, onions, and tomatoes) and tallarĂn verde (a Peruvian-Italian pasta dish made with pesto). No Peruvian restaurant is complete without ceviches and Sabor a Peru offers three different types.
